This has been the wettest year on record here. Just last week the weather person said we were 16+ inches over the average. We're having pretty good weather now, maybe as a reward for suffering through the rain and floods earlier in the year. Hope you see the sun soon. :) :sun:

It has over here as well, Morpeth, in the North of England, had over a month's rainfall in under 24hrs causing heavy flooding, 100s of homes inundated.

In a local nature magazine, in the mid '80s, I wrote about this happening because of what we were doing. No one took any notice, I was even pilloried in the local paper as a scaremonger. Strangely enough, the title of the article was "Environment v Economy" :D To me it looks like the environment is winning :evillaugh:
